There's a sort of urban myth that people begin to look like their significant others after they've been together for a while, but doubters need not look further than Brad Pitt's extensive dating history and his correlating style evolution.
People went crazy over this phenomenon when a Twitter thread emerged in which photographer Sarah McGonagall tweeted out a string of photos of Pitt's many transformations that change from Jennifer Aniston's gold-toned, beachy look to Angelina Jolie's dark-haired and sleek look.

One of his lookalike girlfriends was Gwyneth Paltrow, whom many people forget was actually engaged to Pitt around 1996-1997, after meeting on the set of 'Se7en.' They've been photographed together wearing matching small sunglasses and sporting highlighted blond hair parted at exactly the same angle. They were definitely going to the same hairdresser.

Fashion blogger Leandra Medine Cohen recently revived the collage of Pitt and his three most famous exes, captioning it "Brad: The man who likes to look like his girlfriend," and Paltrow took to the comment section to give an ex-girlfriend's insight, and to throw a wrench in everyone's theory.
"Or we like to look like him, let's face it," she wrote.

Well, this changes everything. Have all of his girlfriends been raiding his closet and using his hair-dye this whole time? Have we branded a trendsetter as a mindless follower? An in-depth analysis of which came first, the look or the Brad, will most definitely be required to assess Paltrow's suggestion.
