The scooter company Razor has released new ridable footwear attachments that look like the modern version of Heelys. For 90s kids, Heelys were the coolest shoes of all time. With attachable wheels on the heel of the shoe, you could go from walking to skating in an instant.

Razor's version is called Razor Turbo Jetts and, rather than being a shoe, it's an outer shell that has an 80-watt, geared-drive motor in it. The motor has a run-time of about 30 minutes and is rechargeable.

"As a cranky, childless adult in her late thirties I've largely missed the boat on personal transportation trends like Razor scooters, Heelys, and hoverboards," Kris Naudus wrote for Engadget. "This year Razor manages to combine all of those things into its new Turbo Jetts. It's the sort of thing that your inner child will love, even as your adult-self screams, 'Get off my lawn!'"

The Turbo Jetts are designed to be adjustable and slip over any sneaker up to an adult size 12. They hold a weight of up to 176 pounds.
