With all of the athletic apparel on the market, most celebrity closets are packed with enough yoga pants to clothe a small country. 'Modern Family' star Sarah Hyland, however, has quite the unique workout wear—nothing.

The actor took to social media to reveal that she exercises completely in the nude! Hyland wrote on her Instagram story, “So I have a break from filming right now before some other things, and does anybody else like working out naked in front of mirrors so you hate yourself and work harder?”

She was not joking. In fact, she followed up to encourage her fans to try the nude regimen. Hyland wrote, “you’re in front of the mirror and you’re like, ‘Must have Dua Lipa abs!’”
