The NBC show stars America Ferrera of ‘Ugly Betty’ fame, who is also one of its producers. ‘Superstore’ is a comedy about a group of big-box store employees.
The show also stars another Canadian: Mark McKinney, who’s best known for his time on ‘The Kids in the Hall’ and ‘Saturday Night Live.’
Ash is perhaps best known for playing Marika on ABC’s short-lived ‘Super Fun Night,’ which also starred Rebel Wilson.
Ash is from Belleville, Ontario. She earned her comedy chops at Second City Toronto and Second City Chicago.
