Just in time for the Winter Olympics season, Jason Priestley has unearthed his figure skating sketch from ‘Saturday Night Live.’
With Canadians killing it at the figure skating events at PyeongChang, Priestley’s fans naturally started asking him about the episode of ‘SNL’ he hosted in 1992 at the height of his ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ fame.
Haha! IDK Amanda... can’t you just google it? https://t.co/iLxNXOkb7U

The ball really started rolling after one fan grabbed a screenshot of the sketch in question.
“One of the best sketches on one of the best SNL episodes ever!”
One of the best sketches on one of the best SNL episodes ever! Searched a while and video not available. Maybe @nbcsnl can pull out of the archives in honour of tonight’s men’s Olympic skating competition? ???? pic.twitter.com/E8bw7wDXrU

Then Priestley started getting into the spirit of things: “That’s me! Look at that hair!”

The sketch featured Canadian comedian Phil Hartman (since passed) playing sportscaster Verne Lundquist, Dana Carvey playing retired figure skater Scott Hamilton, and Priestley playing fictional character Brian Demming.
And, yes, that was Priestley doing most of the skating.
Most of it was me... I had lots to get to that week... busy being host... band was Teenage Fanclub https://t.co/E6pAdNq63h
